How to: Make a WoW Private server/Public with Hamachi/Acc Create
Hello Everyone. Welcome to my Tutorial on how to make a WoW Private server any patch!!

First download this.. Winrar from [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Ok now lets begin!

1) Find a repack, (Find a repack that is your WoW Version)

2) Download it and wait for it to finish, Open it when its done..

3) Extract the folder to your C:/ Drive

4) Open it, you will most likely see 2 folders, MySQL and Server

5) Open MySQL and start MySQL.bat

6) Go back and go into the folder named "Server"

7) Then start Authserver.bat and Worldserver.bat

Wait for that to finish

9) Go into your WoW Folder>Data>enUS>Realmlist.wtf and set realmlist 127.0.0.1

10) Then login with the Username:Admin and Password:Admin

How to make your Server public (WITH HAMACHI)

1) Download and Install Hamachi from here... [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

2) Create a network, TELL PEOPLE YOUR NETWORK INFO SO THEY CAN PLAY!

3) You will see some numbers... Example (111.111.111) at the top or something like that, Copy that.

4) Go into your Server folder and go to your Config folder

5) Go into realms and scroll Down to the bottom.. you will see something like this.....
Address = "127.0.0.1:8129"
Icon = "PVP"
Population = "1.0"
TimeZone = "8">

Change the Address from (127.0.0.1:8129) to Example hamachi IP (111.111.111:8129) KEEP THE 8129

6) Now all you have to do is get people to join your network on hamachi and set your realmlist to your Hamachi IP (111.111.111) <<< That was a example..

Last but not least! Creating accounts in the DB for people to use! (Navicat)

1) Go into your DB and log in with the Username:Root and Password:Ascent

2) Then go into accounts on the side and look for the table named "Accounts". Usually the second one.

3) Its pretty straight forward from there

can someone tell me which Navicat i need to make accounts or post a link?

you can make account in worldserver console
account create "username" "password"

so just type it in when when world server is done loading and will i have to do this everytime the same person wants to login?

you only need to create it once no need to type it every time in console.

Can you please write what should i do with navicat,when i am trying to connect it says not responding i use 127.0.0.1 adress username Root and pass Ascent.HELp please)

I cant do a video tutorial but i can provide screenshots. This procedure is based on ATree Repack 4.2.2 but i guess its similar with other Repacks.
So the main problem from what i read for people is finding the correct entries to change in the server database.

1st Step: Start up the MySQL Server of the Repack which is found in the _Server directory and log in via Navicat.

2nd Step: When you are logged into the database you will see a list that contains the different information about the server.

As you can see we are interested in the auth tables. Especially the realmlist one. Open it up and you will see this:

Enter you Hamachi IP in the address column. LEAVE THE PORT NUMBER AS IT IS!
Save and close.

3rd Step: Go to the Atree Core x32 folder. There you will see 2 conf files like provided here:

We will edit the authserver.conf first.
Open the conf with Notepad and you will see this:

Change the IP next to Bind IP to your Hamachi IP.
Save changes and close the .conf file.
Now open the worldserver.conf with Notepad.
You will see the following:

Again change the Bind IP to your Hamachi IP.
Save changes and close.

4th Step: To wrap things up we now have to change the realmlist.wtf so that WoW will access our server not the ones of Blizzard.
To do this go to your Data/enUS (or whatever language you use) folder.

Open the .wtf file with Notepad and delete all entries.
Now insert: set realmlist "Your Hamachi IP" like provided in the image below.

Save and close.
If everything was done correctly you should be able to login now.
